We had booked through Anna for a home boarding as we have 2 dogs but one is anxious. Two weeks before our holiday date our anxious dog, Freddie, was diagnosed with Epilepsy. We were so worried to leave him as he has medication 5 times a day (the first one at 5am!) and we were worried about medication being kept on top of and any other seizures. Lois came to stay and was fantastic. She kept in contact with us throughout with pictures of the dogs and administered all of Freddies medication logging the times and doses for our records. The dogs seemed relaxed in her company and she had left our house very tidy. When we arrived back home it was as if we'd popped out for the day..the dogs were happy to see us but not at all bothered we had left them in the care of someone else for the week! We would not hesitate to recommend Your Pets Paradise. A huge thank you to Lois for taking such great care of our babies and making sure Freddie got the medication and time he needed. We will definitely be booking you again.

Anna's calming friendliness, and knowledge, in both group training classes, and 121's, have really built confidence in how best to help our rescue dog. Separation anxiety meant he paced and howled when home alone, thanks to Anna he now mainly sleeps!

Fantastic service! We had the lovely Molly who came to our house and looked after Lucy our chocolate lab and four chickens. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Molly kept us up to date with how they were all doing during the hottest week ever. We came home to a lovely tidy house, plants watered, bins put out and brought in. Lucy sulked for good couple of days when she left! Can’t recommend Anna and her team highly enough - a relaxing holiday knowing that our pets and house were being well cared for ❤️

Harvey recently stayed at his holiday home for a few nights. Anna has matched us with 2 holiday homes and they couldn’t have worked out better. We feel comfortable that our little man is safe and well looked after. 6/10/23 Met Anna today for 1:2:1 training with Harvey. Really positive session. Very pleased with my choice if trainer. Looking forward to future training sessions.

I have been using this service for several years now as my dog is not happy going into kennels. Quite frankly I don't know how I would cope without it! Bonnie has always enjoyed visiting the homes she has been placed with and they have all been lovely people. Anna has always managed to find someone to look after Bonnie for me whether it has been for a short stay or a longer holiday and I can go away knowing that Bonnie is being well looked after.

Anna provided two excellent one-to-one training sessions for our rescue dog. She listened carefully to our concerns and tailored the training accordingly. Thoroughly recommended!
